We had bird nest in out bathroom exhaust fan. When I was looking online for the service I have found coastal wildlife removal. I have called and John showed up immediately (same day). He observed the situation and explained us how should we moved forward step by steps. He was professional, honest and on time. He provided quality work. John was very professional from start to finish! We had damage in the attic from a racoon that took up residence there some time ago and were on a very tight schedule to ensure it was gone, remove the debris, droppings, close up the entry and sanitize the area. He was courteous, prompt in returning calls, reviewed the costs up front and provided photos before starting the project. I called Jon about a Bat we had hanging out between our storm window and screen outside our home on the second story. Jon came out and advised us that since the Bat was outside the home and we were not in any danger we could wait to see if he would leave on his own. He said the Bat had room to fly out and probably found a place that felt similar to being inside a cliff.. Since we were in no danger he was concerned about the well-being of the animal as he told us this was protected wildlife, and they were good for the environment because Bats eat insects. He was very knowledgeable about when bats could be moved. He could have just removed the Bat and charged us a lot of money. But he took a wait and see approach for the safety of the animal, saving us money by just charging a small fee for the visit to the Bat up on the ladder. Jon told us to call if we had concerns or the Bat did not leave.. The next day the Bat was gone. Thank you so very much, Jon. We will call you again if we have a similar need!
